Refund
Refunds and exchanges will be processed for returned merchandise when merchandise is in like new condition with no signs of wear or damage and is presented with original sales slip. Rings sized or chains shortened will not be accepted for a refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued within 10 days from date of receipt. Exchanges may be made within 30 days from date of receipt.
Special Order merchandise which is not part of our regular stock will need to be paid in full with no refund or exchange.
Custom Design merchandise that requires a wax will need to be paid in full upon approval of wax and will have no refund or exchange.
Purchase made by credit card will be credited to the same credit card used by purchaser.
Purchase made by cash, if greater than $50, will need a refund check issued through Golden Petal corporate office within 7 business days.
Purchase made by check will be issued by Golden Petal corporate office after 10 banking days have passed.
To receive a refund or exchange on any watch purchase the watch must not have been worn or damaged. If watch links have been removed or bracelet shortened the watch will not be accepted for refund or exchange. The watch must also be in its original purchase condition, the original packaging, and manufacturer’s warranty enclosed.
At Golden Petal Jewelers we offer naturally grown diamonds as well as lab-grown diamonds. We take multiple steps to ensure our products meet the exacting standards we set. In the event however that diamond jewelry purchased at Golden Petal contains any lab-grown diamonds at the time of sale to you, and that information had not been disclosed prior to or at time of sale, Golden Petal will be responsible for, and liability will be limited to, replacing lab-grown diamonds within that particular piece with naturally-grown diamonds of similar size and quality.
